Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options
- Free Tracked Shipping: free on every order, 5 to 10 business days after processing.
- Insured Tracked Shipping ($1.99): 5 to 10 business days, and covers orders that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen.
- Expedited Tracked Shipping ($15.00): 4 to 7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help. See our Refund policy for details.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours so we can fix it before your order ships.
